This month of July, we are celebrating the nutrition month with the theme of " Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan." The best nutrition what we need is to make our healthy life longer. Our nutrition is important because we have to make our future achieve we can make it. One more thing is let us make our resistance stronger to fight any kind of diseases and viruses. We must be healthy to feel free to do all things we want to do. So the best way we must do is to take alot of care of our health because it is important to us.
